Religion and faith in God do not mix Finally got around to catching up on this thread.. I think you state an important point in that religion is not faith. Personal Faith is one's spiritual belief. It is the basis of religion, but as we see, we have a plethora of religions that have been spawned from a single monotheistic faith. Religions, IMO, are interpretations of faith.. Man-made rules created by the "priesthood" elite. These rules/regulations can act to support and enhance the spiritual experience, but can just as easily be exploited to exploit man's fears and doubts about their existence. Therefore, I am anti-religion, but pro-spirituality and faith. JMHO.. Hawk
