So, the guy grossed 137K for taking care of Medicaid patients over a number of years. Is that a crime?

It will be played as one, not only for Bachmann, but for any Republican who wants to cut spending (which is all of them): oh look! X wants to cut government spending, but X's business took $$$ in government aid! What a hypocrite!

It's thin gruel, but it's all they got. Republicans had better practice a good comeback line - like, of course I play the law as written, only a damn fool doesn't. Does Ms. multi-millionaire Pelosi, who wants to to hike taxes on the rich, tell her accountant to pay 10 times what she really owes in taxes? What, she doesn't? What an amazing hypocrite! The government takes donations. Why doesn't she put her money where her mouth is?
