APWR's delisting on the NASDAQ is the swan song for the company. In my experience the company always had shown very poor disclosure of its businesses and accounting thus had the potential for fraud and was the main reason why I didn't keep this stock very long.

To my knowledge in my readings the contract with GE has also been severed.

APWR has to deal with future litigation and if it can survive intact will likely never receive much future value on the bucket shop exchange given the lack of trust in their reported numbers.
