All you could say is WTF?

I was in and out of APWR during it's hay day and also at the beginning of it's decline. Made a lot of bucks only to see them halved and quartered, escaping with some vacation money----and that was worth a week's stay at a good Block Island B&B.

You have to wonder about all those contracts, huh.
