Forget the law suits, attorny's, and the waste of time and money. S3 should just give us
(the poor shareholder) some stock options that we can exercise at $4 like management
and make back part or of our loses. Better yet, take them away from management and
give them to the shareholders! This would eliminate attorny's fee's and save S3's cash
position. We'd all be better off. Except for the attorny's.>

Excellent Idea, I must of been busy that day and missed it.
