Shorted some FSL @18.2$-
thesis is that there is likely hood of lower demand for Semiconductors and FSL as a commodity producer should get hit.

If so, 6B$ in net debt will provide gravity to the stock and my sense is that there are natural sellers at the IPO price (most shares are held by private equity investors).

240M shares outstanding +6B$ in net debt 10.3B$ in EV. EBITDA (12month annualized) ~1.2B$. Paying 10x EBITDA is fairly expensive since there are many better Semiconductor companies for way less (ADI trades at 7.3x EBITDA just to name one example).
