Obviously you don't drive in Toronto... where too many drivers can only be described as maniacal, cell phone (as one medium) distracted, oblivious, discourteous, self important assholes... I hope you are poking fun...

I heartily agree though that speed in itself is NOT the problem... at all.. The rules are made sadly to dumb everything down to the lowest common denominator ... and responsible folks suffer... problem is we suffer either way...

EDIT: I have to add that following behind the typical police officer in Toronto will show only more horrific and discourteous driving.. I guess they are leading by example...
