Mq... while driving home in traffic.. on the standard route... how many times is someone likely to check a map ? c'mon... yet the phone be used incessantly... too many people are sadly just too stupid to know how stupid they really are.. it's a question of degree.. banning the usage while driving is not perfect.. but unless folks are more responsible.. it's the best solution we have... it's too late to deal with someone after they've killed or maimed someone.. even if they are given death... If one is driving a low traffic highway ... sure.. but in rush hour highway or not, or on streets with kids and other pedestrians ? non starter...
