I have 350 acres of farm ground that has been in the family since James Polk was president. Thought about leaving it to my cousin, I sent her our great grandmothers Bible from 1857. That ground is worth $10,000 an acre like $3.5 million. Not a call or a thank you post card. Her two kids lost $1.75 each for her being a bitch.
