It appears to have traded an average 20 k shares per day in last 3 months mainly in spurts of larger blocks of 50 -100 k
this is a valuable company managed by scientifics who would be best served by a flamboyent ceo like Rosen or Wares of Osisko who can sell the value of company
You can't argue with the exploration success just the delivery of communications and that is an art lacking in this play .
