The firm has been retained to advise the Company regarding possible project financing with The World Bank, The Development Bank and other similar financing agencies. At this time no commitment regarding such financing has been made. 0liff & Besridge prepare, file and prosecute patent applications in the
United States and abroad. The Firm's area of intellectual property experience includes mechanical and chemical applications.
