But it is true, most mental health people I have met over the years have their own mental health problems. But who doesn't?

The truth of the matter is, research shows people do as well with or without psychological help. Most counseling is just hand holding.

I went into it for much different reasons. I wanted to undrstand the human species; and I minered philosophy because I wanted to understnd the big questions.

I started my education late. almost 20.
