I simply am having too much trouble using the site now. I've been told to wait a few months while it gets better!?

That's a poor example of customer service, not to mention simply changing all of this without warning.

If things don't improve/change in the next few days, where/how do I go about asking to cancel my premium membership, and can I get a pro-rated refund... this is NOT what I signed up and paid for.
