Rob,I agree with you IDT's quiet ramp is frustrating.It is a wait
and see mode again but I really think we will be rewarded.
Here is a great chipset from crus for the comsumer pc market:

this reference design is just perfect for the winchip.The main
point being is the market has moved on it is no longer a cpu
centric world the cpu is just another chip and will not command
huge premiums.This does not hurt IDT much it really hurts INTEL,
AMD and Cyrix in that order.Glen Henry hit the nail on the head.
He designed a cheap generic cpu at the right time.
