why should dsk fess up to anything at all? remember ... (i) it should have been self evident that whatever happened in hotel room was definitely consensual as it is impossible to have a 30 min oral session between 62-years old gentleman and 32-years young criminal of the urban jungle without any weapon involved and without nerves of steel against chomping dental work - or have you figured out how it was even remotely possible? and (ii) dsk committed no crime of new york city as far as we can tell. iow, righteous dsk would have been perfectly justified to tell his american officialdom/media persecutors to take a flying leap out the hotel had he been less than polite. or are you suggesting that it would be the case going forward in usa that anyone can point the finger at anyone else and cause them to do de facto jail time as well as fork out a wopper of a fine? come to think of it, it be the case in truth.
