Have not really been paying much attention to the market lately (yard work) just buying when I see one of my holding down. Great week, I am not too far off my highs for the year another 3.73% gain and I will set a new record. Japanese names have been doing really well for me wish I made them a much larger portion in my portfolio. Monex Bean is doing the best up around 18% since I bought. Looking @ the Japanese symbol on the American I am still the last buyer with a 170 buy price, but you would be paying close to 200, if you were to buy on the American. MTU doing pretty well and is a much more meaningful position too up around 14-15%. Saw the Michael Maubisson video it was ok, but I really do not follow him so I am going to check what he holds and see if anything interests me. I agree with you on Wal-Mart and Berkshire they are high quality and reasonably priced and in Walmarts case I have never seen it cheaper valuation wise. Not sure if Paulson sold Kodak don’t really pay attention to that name. I hope Paulson is right on BAC too because it is a pretty large position in my portfolio @ the moment. My top 6 are about 75% of my portfolio not counting cash CSCO 20%, Japan (basket of 10 names MTU being the largest position) 18%, AIG 13%, BAC 10%, MBI 7.5% and HPQ 7%. WMT and JNJ my top 2 from a few months ago have been reduced dramatically to buy cheaper.
