Why not pick up the phone and call the CEO. He was a senior metallurgist at Newmont for 22 years and ran that department for 16 of them. I am sure he will be happy to share his thinking on how this deposit might be feasibly developed and mined. From the presentation: REE and other rare metals occur as distinct minerals subject to concentration by conventional method Analogy might be a low-grade copper deposit. It is not rocket science, imo.
