Thanks for the link to Sprott Market at a Glance, one of the best newsletters.

I know Sprott's PSLV, PHYS are traded like CEFs, and pay tax (in US) like stocks. Currently PSLV has a 14.3% premium, PHYS 1.5%. The GLD, SLV ETFs are treated as collectibles, long term capital gain tax 28%.

I have a global account at ETrade. I can trade on TSX.
