Well Trader has it right. It depends on what kind of gamer you are. But let's face it, I review games and so am lassoed into playing a wide variety. I don't want to harp on Abe but I have found there is virtually no walkthroughs listed on the web, the help within the game is cheesy and does little to involve you in the story and it's just plain annoying. But I must admit my 9 year old step son is having a blast with it and that is all the matters I guess. Of course when he goes to play on his own without my help it may be a different story. Thing with Abe is that it is just so easy to walk away from. As you say, who needs the aggravation. The Oddworld homepage is similar to the game--aggravating. You have to d/l plugins in order to access the page. Real smart of them. Hey maybe the attraction is the first interactive fart technique available! Man.
