Barry,
To my surprise, I received a phone call from Steve Sloat at home last night. After getting wind of the CYGS website and the latest news, I e-mailed Steve to the address provided at the website. He was kind enough to respond, saying that he is devoting one hour per day to answer questions from folks like me. After today, I'll bet demand exceeds supply regarding his telephone time. <g>
Steve pretty much talked in layman's terms, although every now and then he'd slip up and throw in a 57-letter medical word that was way over my head. I was very unprepared for his call, therefore didn't have any "brilliant" questions to ask, but I'll try to hit the high points.
IMHO, Steve is sincere, i.e. no hype, no scam. IMHO, so am I. From my profile, you can read my previous postings. I'm just an individual investor trying to make a buck in the market, and not doing particularly well at that.
Steve confirmed a great deal of info provided at the website, so no need to take up space confirming what can be read. The other research projects on CYGS' plate seem to offer tremendous potential, also.
The fact Steve's compensation is in the form of stock will hopefully bode well for long-term shareholders, though this stock looks like it's fast-developing into a day-trader's and MM's paradise. His stock is restricted for 2 years. If so, no worries about pump & dump.
Longer-term plans are to go from OTCBB to Philadelphia Exchange to AMEX. Company needs to build asset base to range of $4-5M.
Warrants (I don't know how many) kick in at $1.00, providing additional funding. Somebody out there is planning/hoping to see stock price north of $1.00.
Sounds like the scientific brains at CYGS are impressive, to say the least. Steve was brought aboard for his business knowledge. He has an interesting and quite successful background.
Prior to talking with Steve, I had jumped into CYGS with far too little DD - just bought the story, hoping for a quick ride up. After our conversation, my time horizon has been expanded. This could be a really interesting company to watch.
Don't know how much longer Steve may post on the Internet, but maybe he'll come back and expound on this post and others, and definitely correct me if I've mis-construed any info.
Good luck to all, David |
