Thiruvallavar is the great saint of Tamil Nadu aka "The Divine Poet" and this small concise beautiful collection of verses on divine ethics could date back as far as 200bce. The Thirukural or "Kural" contains arguably more wisdom than the Koran & the Christian old & new Testaments put together, easily ...without all that waste of space & and ancient goat herding tribal nonsense . If there's any wisdom in the Koran at all prolly came down thru the spice routes to mohammed from these . 300BCE was just about the time the Greeks were nice enough to allow the translation of the Old Testement into Greek @ the great Library Alexandria , which is the oldest known complete translation of the Old Testement called the Septuagint . The Greeks were good for something and had an inredible vocabulary of ideas & themes for that time that was lightyears ahead of the hebrews. From mathematics,physics, astronomy, philosophy , literature & poetry , art, science to medicine ...even accounting !<vbg
