In most cases the woman is to blame more than the man, and why it should it be permitted that a woman should be dressed provocatively and like a "sloth" or not wear underpants so when she sits down in a mini-dress you see what is not supposed to see. I know of executive womans that where doing just that – “Oh I feel sooo sexy” I see they try to guess If I wear or not.

Not to mention very deep cuts in the dress exposing her cleavage and barely covering her breasts or same on her back

When where you last time on the sea beach or any beach why there are NO LIMITATIONS to haw small a "bikini" should be?

Why is there are no laws on this issues?
