Lesson learned , little jack understands the meaning of 'intuitive' , with Jobs it was always about what is easiest for the eyes to see & easiest to touch and get fastest results for ave human...look elegant & build it to last .... dam this cheap Toshiba keypad, have to send it in , maybe just buy new one & slap in or they'll fix free or chrge me up to1/5th the Unit cost just for another cheapo part= keypad ! errr...absolutely hate eltectronics industry , the worst whores on earth when it comes to cheap .
