Hi Autumn, thanks for the responses I have told you previously that you have a rare gift in terms of understanding the human psyche. We all have a need for approval to one degree or the other--and I have often wondered what it is that causes some to crave such approval. It must have something to do with ones upbringing and life experiences during ones formative years. Now, in my personal life, those who know me well, will tell you that I do value the opinions of a handful of people who matter to me--but I am indifferent to a point of nonchalance when it come to the opinion that most people have of me. I am not sure whether this is a good or bad trait. As far as e-mails are concerned, as you know there are only a couple of people on SI who have my e-mail address--and I did receive a very nice supportive e-mail from one of them. Now if I publicised my e-mail address, perhaps I would have received a host of them -- but on the other hand, I may not have -- so perhaps I am better off not knowing what would have happened:) Take care
