For the ignore feature, there are 2 options to improve what we have now while reading a batch of 10 or 100 messages:

(1) ignore the messages completely as some have suggested or

(2) have a very subtle indication that a message has been ignored like a single grayed- out line between messages:

-- message from SI Brad ignored --

Such that if you click on the "message ignored" it dynamically expands to display the hidden message?

Personally I have never used the ignore feature....so it's hard to say from personal experience what might be best.
