Abe, I disagree. This procedure may HELP, but it will not cure ASCVD- there will be indications for CABs and angioplasty for a long time to come. There are so many degrees of blocked vessels - and there will always be a need for many types of therapies. Even if possible to build up collateral circulation, it takes a long time. Many people would not be able to afford that wait. This is a great therapy , but it is not, as yet, a cure. Bev
