Roger, thanks for the info on Lombard. TLTK has been incredible but more to come. I feel a pause today but should continue up after BRIEF consolidation. I feel stronger than ever the stock is moving on buyout possibility. I predict very soon we will have an avalanche of takeovers of the LD carriers. I'm sure TLTK is aware of offers so they have every incentive to get the short term profits up so as to get the most premium for the company. While it might be true that more money would be offered for the company a year from now when they have a solid year under their belts, they must consider offers as they come to them. They have a responsibility to shareholders to "do the right thing". best.............Bill
