I am liking the idea of no more than 1 post every 10 minutes, or perhaps no more than 10 posts in an hour across the entire site.

Intensely dislike.

Quite often I and many others post an article to two threads dealing with the same topic, and I do so within one minute. It would be annoying not to be able to do so. Ten minutes later, I'm already past that, reading or posting on other threads.

Also, sometimes a conversation seems to take place in "real time." Meaning, someone posts, I respond, they post, I respond. Does not happen often, but does happen. Being prevented from doing so would be detrimental to the flow of information. Especially when some stock is moving like crazy. By the time ten minutes, or five minutes, or one minute passes, the stock can be miles away from where it was when the original post was made.

And it strikes me as unnecessary, no matter what.
