If it was an accident why didn't they call the police and say it was? (George was a cop for 10 years, surely he knew what to do), Why go 3 years and chance the death penalty? If someone else murdered Caylee (like george or her brother) why do they take the chance sending Casey to the electric chair.

Being in FL, I'm pretty familiar with the case and nothing adds up other than Casey.
