Just another case of justice denied because of the possibility of the defendant being subjected to a medieval punishment.

Nice thought but manslaughter wouldn't have drawn the death penalty. And she was found innocent of manslaughter.

As to your prejudiced comments about the south and cute white girls, thats about as dumb as it gets. The jury was drawn from my neighbors, about as middle of the road as your gonna find in the country.
