TCLP. I am not going to like stepping up for shares, now, after I failed to buy at lower prices when I first considered TCLP. I may just do it though.

A difficult time in the market. So many stocks like TCLP have now recovered from recent lows. Otoh, many of these stocks are still below highs seen this year. I have to wonder if the stocks will give up the gains from the past couple of weeks, or will stocks continue upward to challenge the good times of March/April? I don't mean to be a market timer, but if we are in a whipsaw market, I tell myself I ought to wait for the next soon-to-be-seen downdraft (profit-taking in TCLP) before I buy. That would be assuming TCLP does fall.

Maybe I'll just open a very small initial position now, and add as the market permits.
