LOL, I do think, maybe, yes, too much.

To have a swing like this on NOTHING, is just more evidence of collusive forces. Certainly the RUT does present value.

But hey, the dollar is down after the ECB announced that any brand of toilet paper is acceptable as collateral and rating agencies are for sissies.
