Considering that all JBII has bought from Donghe is the reactor vessel, the rest of what they do is probably different from what JBI does.

JBI is currently working on patents applications and will have to take into account prior art from many different places, including China. That is true for any company filing a patent application.

There are a number of things about the JBI system that appear to be unique. As such they may be patentable.
