"IBM plans to upgrade its experimental X-ray lithography" -- Anybody know the timeframe for this? Does it impact CYMI? Thought x-rays weren't coming for a while yet.

Someone outlined a likely conversion schedule from DUV to X-ray a while ago. If anyone has the post number, please let us know.
