Patents were always a goofy discussion-- if he were really serious, then he could have/would have filed a provisional. That/those could have provided protection and allowed for modification... yet here we are > 2 years later and still at square 1 2 years ago yesterday: stockhideout.com 2 years ago Saturday: plastic2oil.com Example of missing the mark with an "investor psychology" steering PR/statement. Works to get interest and contributes to buying decision, but then relies on Spin Doctors to assuage the stalwart bulls :(
