I dunno... The danger to the Republic, that he cannot let happen, is a GOP Senate to along with the GOP House and GOP Supreme Court. It will absolutely be game over for this country if some fool like Bachmann or Palin is also able to get elected. My hope is that Obama is pulling punches only as far as necessary to assure re-election, and then he can be the president we progressives always hoped he was. Failure to do so would be devastating....
