I have to agree that this is not a particular great announcement.
My daughter lives in the apartments in Marina Del Rey, and
although it is a very large complex, most there will not find
the $125 monthly attractive. I assume that target for this area
is due to a lot of influential and wealthy people living
nearby, but having visited in September myself, I can't see
that many in this particular complex will be excited by the
prices.
