Pulse is privately held. From what I read on Yahoo, we get 40% of the combined entity and Pulse shareholders (private) get 60%. Has anyone figured out what this means in terms of price/share for SEVL shareholders. Additionaly, they may issue us warrants for purchase up to 10% of the new company.

Any financial gurus out there that can value this deal for us ?

Are we getting the short end of the stick here ?
