1. Defendant Harris acknowledges that he voluntarily absented himself from his trial on May 23, 2011. Defendant believed that his family had been threatened and felt the immediate need to check on their welfare.

2. Defendant, but for this mistake, has honored all other conditions of pretrial release. Defendant believes the Court can fashion bond conditions to allow him to return home to Oklahoma City to be with his family while awaiting sentencing. Defendant is asking this Court to place him on electronic monitoring and/or home detention. Co-defendant Ben Stanley is on electronic monitoring.

WHEREFORE, Defendant Harris asks this Court to set a reinstate bond and for any other relief this Court deems just and necessary.
