Ryan,

Another good question. Best I could tell, the company is definitely
NOT cash rich. I'd be speaking out-of-turn by trying to say a lot more,
since we didn't have time for too much detail.

Steve's statement about the warrants was in answer to my question about
financing. He said that exercising of warrants would provide additional
funding, and that the warrants kicked in at $1.00.

I believe Steve said that funds for shrimp farming are being or will
be provided by Federal Government.

He gave an example (I don't know if this is fact or hypothetical) of
Mary Kay providing $350K to fund the skin renewal research. Basically,
funds are procured from interested parties; if CYGS scores a "hit",
the funding source receives a portion of proceeds. I don't believe
that CYSG has any "hits" under its belt, but I could be wrong. It is a
relatively new company.

Hope this helps,
David
