Joe, I did not suggest selling Maesa or Xecom either. I suggested that Maesa do something more constructive than getting involved in a truck stop with some slot machines; or, do you need another lesson on how hard it is to make a buck in that business? When you compete with people who really know what they are doing you better have some big bucks to back it up. Maesa is a "Big Hat and no Cattle" deal and you of all people should know it. Your "thoughts" on this subject only reinforces my "thought" that you have no real confidence in Xecom. Give Fred Griffin a chance; or, is he another one of the "Clowns" you get involved with all the time? You have a great talent in that area. Maybe you should consult with Barnum & Bailey too. We all know what a great job you have done in moving Xecom's stock price anywhere but into the toilet. Don't listen to Jack and try to do something to justify your fees. Go on an extended vacation and do Xecom a favor. Wes
