And continuous speech recognition (at least the ones I'm familiar with, Dragon Dictate Naturally Speaking and IBM ViaVoice) can not be used on a very low end computer. They need at least a P200 with a lot of memory. Since they are processor intensive, the faster the CPU, the better they work.
