We know they aren't "actual facts" at a glance, because it is showing a surplus in 2000 and that never happened. What we had was a projected surplus. Then, of course, there was the Clinton Recession followed by 9/11. Both of which were inherited by GWB.

What's really interesting is it stops at 2008. Every time you post some crap about the deficit you conveniently cut it off at 2008.
