The right has been pushing its lies for 30 years. After 30 years, you'd think the left would be better at counteracting them. Pretty hard to convince people to pay more taxes, or ocunter negative advertising or go against cultural mores. Bush won in 2004, in Ohio by forcing Kerry to defend gay marriage.
