I have done my own DD on this stock and will not break down the Rule 144 Legend shares, as I do not have exact numbers and names to whom it belongs to. I have found what I believe the approx public shares of 1.8 million and that the ONLY thing that matters. Take it our leave it, and do your on DD. I am only a shareholders that founded the RMIL shareholder value cartel to take a public count of RMIL shares in public hads prior to 22 Aug. 1997. As I and the foundation could care less if others sell or buy anymore shares. We have approx 1.1 million shares over the LEGAl public float already and have requested those in NAME form also. I am still getting reports of certificate requests being kicked back from DTC to the brokers. The NASD is very interested in why this is happening and have launched several reported investigations into the matter. The company has said that all shares are issued and accounted for. The new Rule 144 shares should be hitting the RMIL total O/S after the next press release, or started already as I have been away fior a week and have not performed my own update.
