I don't look at market cap much, so I have everything from microcaps to megacaps. I would love to buy more tech micro/minicaps, but they either have poor earnings/ROE history or are expensive or both.

I hold ADI, DELL, ENTR, GLW, GOOG, GRVY, HPQ, IDCC, INTC, MAIL, MSFT, RIMM, SNDK. Out of these, I think that DELL, GLW, GRVY, HPQ, INTC, MAIL, MSFT are still in buy range. All of them could be 50% gainers if things go well. ;) However, all of them are just cheap, not super cheap.
