Tell me how the Bush-Obama tax cuts have anything to do with State and county budget deficits?

Put up.

States have had to cut back on services and unemployment benefits because there are less monies coming from the fed gov't which has had to cut back due to reduced revenues.

Now you tell me why you and your R friends are promoting class warfare by defending the right of THE RICH to continue to receive tax cuts when the fed. gov't is short of revenues and running up the deficit?
