Hope so too. I read the recent fililing to the SEC and was somewhat shocked to learn about the salary/contracts with the top two in the company. They basically are not excessive considering the risks of a new start up. The bonus arrangements are presumed to be based up performance of the company-I didn't read any details of what has to occur for a bonus to be paid other than the board approving same. What really disturbs me is the $39,000 per year increase in basic compensation which is not at all tied to company performance. I dropped a note to the boss.Wonder if I'll get a response???
