Do both - there is no shortage of land for pig farming. It's cheaper [should be] to take corn from mid USA to pig farms and move pork to China than to move grain to China. That would provide lots of jobs for hordes of unemployed Americans/Mexicans too. But maybe Americans still expect to be paid too much and they need further adjustment to economic reality. Borrowing $trillions to buy groceries and SUVs isn't a long term economic plan.
