Roger & All: Meanwhile TLTK makes it to today's WSJ...here is a quote..

"Nasdaq officials have long had concerns about stock-selling practices and other matters at Las Vegas-based Teletek Inc., says one person familiar with the matter. In 1993, officials began delisting procedures against the company but couldn't build a sufficient case, say people familiar with the situation.

'Undisclosed Payments'

In a securities filing earlier this year, Teletek said records were subpoenaed by the SEC and a federal grand jury in connection with probes into possible "undisclosed payments of compensation.

Teletek attorneys say they believe the probes concern matters that are
several years old and don't involve current company officers. They say the telephone-service provider is prospering, as reflected by the more than fivefold rise in its stock price to about $5 a share in the past year."
